My first flight was with NWA and ended up 2 days both ways which started as a mechanical error. I ended up getting hung up on, pushed off to other airlines (resulted in standing in lines for several different airlines over and over), 14+ ticket changes, told to sleep on the floor, I even ended up in an airport with no employee attending when they guaranteed there would be one. The freaking janitor is the one who helped me and my daughter. Very short version of a 48 hour trip that was supposed to be 5 hours. Any way they did it to me on both my outgoing and returning flight. Suggestions? A.A. treated me much better on my second trip, but I am stuck with a discount from NWA that would only make their price the same as other companies.

Thanks Sawbuck all good Points, at least I feel better. I did has a heavy layover and they ever assured the next flight was held. I would say 6 airports total, and 4 phone calls during the trip and getting the same service at all locations doesn’t say much for them. Lucky I am so laid back, I would have cracked much sooner, but I am pretty patient….
