Airlines with military discounts?

My husband is in the army and will be getting leave the end of July. Weplan on going to New York to visit is family for a week. The date for leave as of right now is July 18th but it could change. Are there airlines that offer military discount. I also wanted to know besides offering a military discount if they also allow you to alter the dates in case leave is moved back a few days or anything. We could afford the tickets any other time but we are buying a house and will close the 1st of July so we don’t want to spend out the as$ for tickets.
