If you pay the discounted fare for an infant, do you get a seat for them?

I bought tickets for me and my 3-month-old daughter to fly to Europe.The price of her ticket was 10% of mine. Does that mean she gets a seat and I can use it for her car seat, or did I pay extra just to be able to hold her on my lap?
It’s a Polish airline – LOT. And I know, I should just call them… tried once, but their automated system sucks.
